That said, I know many people (myself included) that would not appear intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent. Plus, this this sub-discussion is somewhat irrelevant to the case overall because he was not cited for intoxication.

As soon as the info came out about the traffic "stop" Duhnise and a couple others instantly started with the "the police could have saved two lives but chose to let him go because he's a football player" bullshit.

We have no idea if they had any LEGAL reason to detain him. He was not cited for DUI or public intox.

It's a shame that two people died Saturday morning. Continuing to sacrifice liberty to prevent such tragedies however, is NOT an option.
