Alex Smith Traded to Chiefs
Well, it looks like the deal is done.
https://twitter.com/intent/user?scre...w_p=tweetembed Jay Glazer @JayGlazer 49ers have completed a trade with the Chiefs for Alex Smith, tho can't be official til March 12. Chiefs really made a commitment to Smith Jay Glazer @JayGlazer Deal has been agreed upon between Chiefs and 49ers. Compensation unclear but I'm told again Chiefs have made a clear commitment to Smith. |

"He didn't turn the ball over."
Words never uttered at a HOF induction.

GTFO. Let me introduce you to Deion Branch... Put Brady on the 49ers and I'm sure they'd have trouble reaching and winning the SB.... |

absolutely he is. So you are telling me he would of thrown 50 tds without moss who just happened to catch 23 of them?
Why else would he be so pissed that the pats lost welker? You can throw anyone in there and be just fine right? Im not by any meaning of the word saying alex smith is tom brady, but you dont think that if putting weapons around him like the pats, saints, packers have wouldnt make him look better than he is? Of course it would. Which in san francisco, he never even came CLOSE to having........ Mario Manningham, couldnt even start over randy moss, after he had been retired and came back at 35 years old!!!!! Michael Crabtree, at best, on a great offense like the pats, packers, saints, is a number two receiver, yet hes an unquestioned number one in san francisco? It doesnt shock me, that people see what they want to see. If you stopped for once with blind bias, looked at the receivers that alex smith has had over the course of his career, find me ONE that has ever left san francisco, and done ANYTHING after leaving. Just ONE....

Yup. Do you realize what you just said? Swap the New England receiving corps with San Franciscos of 2011, and Tom Brady throws for 5,000 yards?
And im the moron. Yes, Tom Brady is a clutch, great qb, one of the top 5 of all time, and even he likes to have a lot of weapons. aaron rodgers, surrounded by weapons, eli manning surrounded by weapons, drew brees, surrounded by weapons.......Alex Smith, Colin Kaepernick last year, had Vernon Davis, Delanie walker who dropped 16 passes during the season, and Michael Crabtree. Thats it.......

Alex Smith doesn't have an entourage. It is a security detail.

For morning crowd: #Chiefs QB Alex Smith (remember him?) and wife, Elizabeth, welcomed their second son, Hayes Monntgomery, on Wednesday.
