When it's time to turn in your Man Card
Ok, so I am at the gym doing some Iso-Lat Rows. I am facing out the window overlooking the tanning salon. Normally this is a nice view given all the female hotness you see walking in.

So I see this guy pull up on a Harley type bike, complete with bedroll. I'm think surely this dude is here to pick up his woman, when I see him get off the bike, open up what I thought was a bedroll but turned out to be some kind of storage box and pulls out his bottle of tanning oil, and then proceeds to go in and get his tan on.

Tanning does cause the body to make Vitamin D, which is really important for the skin and body. But it's also pretty dangerous. The UV exposure is super concentrated, and can do a lot more harm than good. Even in low moderation.
