Yeah, this is California in a Walk. I'd much rather live in Oregon on 400 acres and the money than California on 2/3 of an acre. But that house is rough.
Probably the answer is I'd need to get some bids from contractors. I could definitely live in the guest house (I think that's where it's at?) while I un**** the main house. But the Cali house is good enough, you don't sign up to screw with it, I figure it's a 5 un**** project as break even at my age, and even with 700K, that might not happen. This ![]() Is much better than This ![]() But it would take a bunch of money to un****. |
