'Hamas' Jenkins

I think he's going to Green Bay...

Phillips or Reggie Smith should be the pick over Flowers, IMO.

Delano
04-26-2008, 04:16 PM
Oh wow.

That sucks.

Mecca
04-26-2008, 04:16 PM
Well there goes one of my guys, good luck Lawrence.

AustinChief

From what I heard Miami is more into Henne than Brohm.
They would be smart to avoid Brohm... he has BUST written all over him.

Jackson to Seattle.

'Hamas' Jenkins
04-26-2008, 04:17 PM
F#CK!!

Chiefs=Champions
04-26-2008, 04:17 PM
I think he's only a 2 down LB and in a cover 2 that isn't good for a MLB....I also question his cover ability, I don't think he fits this team.

fair enough...

dirk digler
04-26-2008, 04:17 PM
Another loser USC guy :D

KCChiefsMan
04-26-2008, 04:17 PM
well we can scratch off Lawrence Jackson, I would have liked him

JBucc
04-26-2008, 04:17 PM
the draft is so much more enjoyable to watch now that the picks are 10 minutes each!Amen! If we still had 15 minute picks and every team took all their time, we'd be on pick 13 right now.

'Hamas' Jenkins
04-26-2008, 04:17 PM
Cherilus pwned him there.

Why is Merling still available? Anyone?

Rausch
04-26-2008, 04:18 PM
For personal reasons, of course.

We were lovers but that was years ago...

'Hamas' Jenkins
04-26-2008, 04:18 PM
Come on SF, take Hardy.

Dylan
04-26-2008, 04:18 PM
Well if he falls Phillips is a perfect pick for the NYG...

kenney phillips or flowers? flowers still on the board?

Jackson is good but this is at least 10 picks too high IMO.

Mecca, who do you want in rnd 2?

'Hamas' Jenkins
04-26-2008, 04:18 PM
Why is Merling still available? Anyone?

Sports hernia surgery and worked out yesterday but did almost nothing.

Why is Merling still available? Anyone?

He's not a great pass rusher, he's like a black Chris Kelsay.

Chiefs going to have the pick of whoever they want. Tons of talent still there.

'Hamas' Jenkins
04-26-2008, 04:20 PM

Still got one more 3-4 to go, but no Cover 2 teams.

We need to trade up and grab another 2nd.

Herm won't pass up a WR in the 2nd with this value...

Coach

A trade. Wow.

'Hamas' Jenkins
04-26-2008, 04:22 PM
Lawrence Jackson is a reach in the 1st.

True, but I don't know if it will cause anyone we need to slide to slide, it just may help out someone a few picks before us.

Jets are in the pick now...

AustinChief

I love groves.. but he is more suited for a 3-4.

Tough to pass on Thomas though...

So far it's better than anyone could have predicted.

We landed not only the no 1 pure talent in the draft but ALSO the "safe pick" the experts had us taking.

If just ONE of them is the stud they should be we're golden.

KCChiefsMan
04-26-2008, 04:25 PM
ok, my wish list is now
1. Devin Thomas
2. Phillip Merling
3. Brian Brohm
4. James Hardy
5. Deshean Jackson

we could really use another WR and in a few years have a great WR duo!! Merling would be nice because we need a DE and he has fallen, Brohm would be a good pick if Brodie doesn't work out.

We picked a great year to be shitty with the way this draft is going

You guys that think Brohm will be a bust, can you tell us why you think that?

Because having watched him all year, I just don't think he has the skill set to be an NFL QB. The fall that Louisville took, contrary to all the "experts" assessment cannot be blamed on the rest of the team.

He has happy feet when pushed, to me he telegraphs his passes....he made alot of mistakes this year that a quality QB shouldn't make.Oh, he has all the "intangibles" but that doesn't translate to making him an NFL quality QB.
