I think we’ll win the game 75% of the time. That’s down from 85% if CJ were playing. It’s so remarkable you feel so strongly about 10 percentage points.

I can’t help but find it hysterical that the guy who thinks Andy Reid is an overrated, mediocre coach because he has so many postseason losses somehow is a full homer when it comes to Reid’s opening game record.

Just in 2023, the rams would have owed Donald a 15m signing bonus as well as a 14m base salary plus other incentives.

Cant really find the breakdown of 2022 from the original contract, but the third year he’s talking about was going to be the last year of his deal and that’s usually the most expensive.

Aaron Donald hinted at retirement this offseason, but the Rams were able to get Donald back in the fold for the season by basically doing something unprecedented in the NFL- they literally just disregarded the three existing years worth about $57.3 million on his prior contract and signed him to a new contract worth $95 million per PFT.

If he was only owed 57m in the next 3 years and 29 of that was owed just in 2023…that means there was only roughly 28m was owed in the other 2 years Rolf a very outdated contract.

Most of us can also understand CJ95 wanting a new deal. All of us want him to get one. Even though he was set to be the 3rd highest non QB in football.

If he sits out to week 8 which looks more likely than not, even if the Chiefs cave and offer him what he wants, he still makes less than what he would have had he signed what they're offering and reported to camp.

The only thing I can think of is his agent is feeding him bad advice in hopes the Chiefs cave and he can use it as a career boost.

Jones is going to end up on some bottom feeder team that maybe loses a wildcard game making less than what KC is offering and in 2 years there's going to be some article where he says he wishes he was still a Chief

I think there is a real chance Jones is “letting his people handle it” and they’re ****ing him.

The agent doesn’t have to give back their commission percentage of fines Jones is getting on their advice. And if he pays 20M to make 9M the agent is out their percentage of the 9M.

I’m guessing Jones isn’t paying attention but if you’re going to pull shit you need to know how it will impact you.
