If you don't buy it, you can't eat it
The diet starts at the grocery store imo. Always make sure you shop for groceries on a full stomach. Don't buy any cookies,candy,pop etc ... buy whole grain breads and pastas. Don't buy salt, don't buy beer. You won't have anything around to be tempted by late at night or when you are feeling weak and/or sad. This and a little bit of exercise will go a long way imo.

SUGAR IS TEH DEBBIL ... get rid of it from your diet and you will naturally adjust back your body's proper weight. Sugar is what screws everything up.

You do know that your body breaks down every food as either a fat a protein or a sugar right...which basically means you're putting sugar in your body no matter what.

If you want to eat something, just don't eat as much.
That's what I do, I know there are some things I will never be able to never eat so I still have them I just don't eat as much. Portion control is every bit as important as what you're eating. |
