RockChalk Dirty Bit Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Lake of the Woods Casino cash: $1246002	Different version of wing dip (with pieces of real shredded chicken) 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast 2 packs cream cheese, softened Bottle wing sauce (i use cookies) Bottle chunky blue cheese dressing 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Boil chicken, then shred, put in saucepan and heat with wing sauce Spread cream cheese in a glass baking dish, pour chicken/sauce mixture over it Pour dressing on top, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over that. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
