All good points, and I'm definitely not saying the guy will ultimately succeed with Twitter. I really have no idea what the intricacies are with a social media company and it's innerworkings, and it certainly doesn't seem to be in his wheelhouse, but it's obviously way too soon to judge what he's trying to do. I can't imagine he went into this without a plan and without a lot of advice from people with knowledge of how to run such a platform.

Should be very interesting to say the least. I've never been a Twitter user so I don't really have a dog in the fight, but I'd put my money on him based on all his success in every other venture he's pursued.

There seemed to be many hints that he was trying to get himself out of it. But now he’s stuck with it. I sense it’s a big part begrudgingly making it work at this point.
