What concerns me more is the tenor of the fans thinking that it is somehow 2005 again and that free agency is going to solve our problems.
They're acting like this is a one year fix and it isn't. Just because we have jack and shit in the way of depth doesn't mean we should look to the least efficient mechanism to fill that depth. Rebuilding like this is a sure way to get to mediocrity, but it won't get us above and beyond that.
