For maximum fat burning, that's bad. So, you're kinda missing the point. Additionally, saying that low carb paleo diets are reeruned is, well, reeruned. Science and evidence argue otherwise.

High fat, low carb = skinny

High fat, high carb = fat

Macros are irrelevant. If you eat below your basal metabolic rate, you will lose weight, period.

Low carb can be a nice boost, however. I did it for awhile.
