I'm happy with the mixed breed, they are less high strung and very loyal. at 5 she still has some puppy in her. Loves to chase squirrel and rabbits, Points at anything still.....(pointer in her)

I tried some of the American style wheat beers and wasn't all that impressed with them but that is a matter of preference. I prefer Bavarian and Austrian style Hefeweizen which tend to have more complex flavors and aromas.....typically a faint odor of clove, banana, bubble gum or a combination of 2 or more of those. Brewing those has become my specialty and it is a labor of love. Hard work to do it authentic but worth the time and effort. Since I am on vacation, I will be brewing one more 5 gallon batch of Hefe and also a batch of Maerzen (Oktoberfest Bier) which will be lagered until October.

Oh, if you want to try a really good Bavarian Hefeweizen try either Paulaner, Franziskaner/Spaten or Ayinger. Tonight, I am going to have a Doppelbock or 2 and plan tomorrows brew......:)

Shot with half Jamison, half bailey's dropped into a glass of Guiness. I know, sounds nasty. Somehow it works. Drink it fast after you drop the shot glass. Enjoy.

I've had an irish car bomb before, and I intend to have more in the future.

I walked into the bar at one of the restaurants in town today to see a fellow bartending buddy whom I got f#cked up at my bar yesterday to see how how he was doing, I didn't see him when I walked in so I just walked back out. He calls me a minute later asking where I went (obviously, he saw me). I walk back in and sitting on the bar waiting for me is a finger me good and a turkey and 7. I love going there. :)

I definlty prefer a good beer but domestic light beer is often bashed way too much for not being as good as premium. A 12 pack of bottles is only $8 and will get the job done that same while still being enjoyable enough to drink.

Dude, I suggest Apricot Ale... Its by Pyriamid. I'm not gonna lie, it's definitely of the fruit persuasion, but it pulls it off well.

I enjoyed a liter of crown with my buddy on Friday night. That has to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Drank four 32 oz. Crown and Dr. Peppers in about in hour. I was still drunk when I woke up.

For example, seven hours "to work" + plus two = I can have up to 9 drinks, and not be legally intoxicated by work tomorrow. Course, that doesn't make for a good sleep, but what are you gonna do?
