On a screen pass, you give 99 percent of the credit to the RB, even if Joseph Fucking Clifford Montana is throwing the ball.

This is incorrect.
Sure, a RB has to make some moves, but the purpose of the play is to get him into open field. Though it doesn't take a ton of arm strength, it's not a particularly "easy" pass. It takes some timing, and often times a great deal of touch. Don't get me wrong, I'm in no way saying it is terribly difficult, but it's no gimme.
That said, Charles saved his ass on the one-hander. Overthrown and he makes a great grab and keeps his stride. On that particular one, I'll give Charles credit in the 90s.
